Bloom is a private platform provided by Planted Seed for enrolled families to communicate with the school, view their child’s day, submit consents, and manage related records. Use of the app is offered as a benefit of enrollment.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for the activity of any co-guardian you invite to your family. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Planted Seed immediately.
Data about your child — photos, daily logs, health records, forms — is maintained by Planted Seed as part of their official enrollment record. Records required by Indiana licensing or federal Head Start rules are retained for up to seven years even after you close your Bloom account, as described in our privacy policy.
Optional paid features (photo storage, aftercare invoices) are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled from within the Bloom app or by contacting the school.
Don’t use Bloom to share content that is illegal, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Don’t post photos of other families’ children without consent. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
As the product grows we may update these terms. If the change materially affects your rights, we’ll notify you through the app before it takes effect.
